I believe that not all skins are available to home edition users.

The skin your link brings to isn't available for Home Edition Users. I don't know how you got the skin, but anyway it isn't compatible with your version.

Well, I missed that.... earlier today, I was able to download it, but now I can't anymore...
I would have sworn that earlier today, the required level was Home.
But it doesn't matter anymore as I can't use it anyway :-)
