I would def recommend a shuttle pc. Even though a laptop is more portable, the ability to add / replace (cheaper) parts far outways the benfits of portability. I purpose built my box when I made switch from V3 to V4 and it was best thing I did.

Shuttle is definitely a great way to go. I Have 2 of them and both have 2 internal drives.
