When I go to play a sample over a track with beatlock on, the sample plays at 1/2 the tempo it should. How do I correct this problem?

beat lock locks the samples bmp to the songs bmp
so if the sample is faster and you turn beat lock on , it will play slower
so if the sample is faster and you turn beat lock on , it will play slower

The original samples is close to the same bpm as the track that I am playing. When I go to play the sample over the track with beatlock on it plays at half the speed. Track is at 90 bpm sample will play at 45bpm.
