How can I assign pitch bend to a keyboard shortcut? If anybody knows how to acomplish this.

this is usually assigned by default to the left an right keyboard arrows.
the command you want is "nudge" and then +xxx and -xxx for different shortcuts.
there is also another command called "pitch_bend" and it works the same way. (havn't experimented with this one yet havn't had the need). i think you also might need the "temporary" command for this last one.
a normal value is about +-256 but you can change this too your likeing depending on how fast you want the pitch to bend...
