Sujet: Veterans Day

Today is Veterans Day here in the US.... If you are a resident of the US, or any country that our soldiers have died in service of, please take a moment and say a prayer of thanks.

on a side note...tear...can't we radio dj'z get this lil thingy like ur's that say radio teamer....ours will say radio dj..or sumthin....that would be nice


 

Yes we must give thanks to all the brave souls who have given there lifes for there countries and have supported other countries when needed.

My grandfather was a World War I hero (captured machine gun nest single handedly. he passed away 25 years ago on Nov. 11.
My father is a World War II veteran, he passed away this afternoon.

After every show I always have everyone tip one back to all men and woman overseas and serving domestic.

If your from another country and you serve your nation. I have much respect for you as well.

unfortunatly, the serving stoped with me. I'm from a family of military as far up the tree as I can remember seeing. It just wasn't for me. Question: Do you think the draft should be back in place? There might be a more since of honor from our youths.
