I've got the Hercules MK2 connected to a Pioneer DJM-800 and I would like to be able to use the cross fader on the 800 rather than Virtual DJ or the MK2. Will that require another soundcard or is it even possible?

yes it possible. Connect the rca's from ur output to ur selected channel on ur mixer, connect ur TT/CD decks output to ur Mk2 input (select phono if using TT, line for the decks) then put the crossfader of the mk2 in the middle.. then in config.. Choose

output: External mixer
SC: Mk2 Asio
