Sujet: The Yule Log

the yule log is a 17 second loop of a yule log crackling away in a fireplace .... this tradition was begun at WPIX TV11 @ NY,NY the city so great , they named it twice .......in 1966 this aired for the first time .....it's been a wonderful part of the Christmas holiday ever since ....

i moved from FL to NJ in 1969 and first saw it then

this website is dedicated to the Yule Log , and they have even gone so far as to track down all the music .......

now i gotta go and get any of those tracks i don't already have ........could be tough cuz there all from the 50's n 60's ...... but i wanna have the actual complete Yule Log playlist ......

that's all , just a lotta great Christmas music .....if millions enjoyed it for the last 40 years , i figure , must be a half decent playlist ......

Very nice, didn't know about that tradition and it's origin.
Too bad the website looks like it was designed in 60's too.
 
what the heck , it's a little old school , like Santa ....

Maybe youtube is like the movie "the ring" where if you watch a certain video something or someone will come after you....
