I just recently installed Atomix on my computer within about a month. The computer crashed and I bought a new computer. Wanted to redownload the program on my new computer but don't know how. I have emailed the service dept. three times and have recieved no answer. How can I reload atomixmp3 on my new comp?

Having had the experience of VDJ being probmatic with Vista i have finally been able to sort out what a main cause of graphics instability, ie: VDJ closing with out warning but not leaving a crash report. I have turned off Defender and shut down Themes but the main culprit was DWM windows desktop manager so this was shut down and now VDJ has worked well on the last three gigs with out a fault. DWM is installed on the XP OS but has to be turned on manually so therefore not producing the same problems as in Vista in which DWM comes on as default, this little pain can be turned off in processes and for me has enabled greater stability regarding graphics. Hope this helps anyone.

I have left the messages and I am not sure how to check these tickets. When I sent a question I hit submit and nothing pops up. I am new to this site Like I said but just a little confused I guess. Howcan I check the tickets?
