I am using a 8600GT that has dual DVi outs as well as an S-Video port. What I would like to do is have the S-Video send to the projector to play the videos.
Anyone know how this works?

Go to display properties in advanced configuration select extend second monitor to windows and apply it, now open vdj and select your graphic card on video options.
BTW: Don't forget to get your s-video or dvi output connected to the tv/proyector before you apply changes.

You may have to set the 8600 to dual view, in it's menu also. I would have everything connected, before you bootup.
