I currently use A hercules MK2, & SL1 As The Sound Card, I have great results but I want a better controler(i have worn throught two in the last year), but i don't want to go timecode. I was thinking of a cortex dmix 600, any feed back or other suggestions.

it depends on your mixing needs and style, Numark has the DMC2 and total control, vestax has o good one too , then is the high end a&h xone3d, so as long as you are using the SL1 as a sound card most of this will work, but for the DMC2 you will need a mixer too or just use the fader buttons on it

i use the numark dmc2. it does what i need it to do.
