i will always take request and tips. most of the time i dont really like the music that i am playing but i play it to please the customers .
If I have the track I will play it. If I get tips its a great day in my opinion.

Lastly, I think it makes a different as to what kind of club you are playing and what style. Electronica clubs/djs prolly never take requests nor should they. But top 40 style clubs requests are more of the place.

IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A TIP AND A BRIBE.
They ask for a favor, a service and if you do it to their satisfaction you deserve a tip, you work extra for it and they get special attention, they want to feel special and you accommodate them without upseting the others, but if they give you money to do something against somebody's else interest and just in their favor that will be a bribe, when you favor only the briber and disfavor the entitled ones
