is there a short cut key for the gain controls,and can i map the gain controls to the hercules dj console buttons,with the mapper software included with the mixer?

I did not think the Hercules DJ Console came with a mapper...Or maybe you mean an external MIDI mixer that came with a mapper?
There is a mapper available for the DJ Console MK2, made by DJ CEL, if that's what you have (can't tell from your forum profile). You can download from this link, under Tools and Drivers.
At that point, it's just a matter of mapping the functions you want to the console ;)

thanks for answering my question,i tried the link but it says you have to be a proffesional edition user so it would not let me download the plug in,here is my e mail address i have a few questions (tibor08@hotmail.com)
