This happens at home with our TVs, but I've never heard on the system. Is your wireless antenna disabled? If not, it should be when you're playing live.

Mobile phones used to interfere with PA systems in the UK But they don't anymore.

Also, try making sure that the amps are away from places where mobile phones may be. Get some longer cords and move it away.
