remember, it's iligal to copy music and not have to license to go with it. That's the correct way to do it but we all know what happends behind closed doors.

Change the way you phrased the Question
I think what this person wants is a way to transfer is Database information including "Comments" to a new machine.

Lets say your building a new VDJ Machine you reinstall VDJ Pro and Now I want to transfer my data (That Part is Easy)
I want to preserve my BPMs and Comments Cue Points..

I dono the Answer but. People may help you better now that your not doing anything illegal

Thanks,
DJ SMG

Now the question is are both systems vista or xp or mixed.

xp, sorry i guess i did not write it right. thanks for rewording it

so is there a way for me to get my comment from my home edition, and be able to put it into the pro version

I'm also wondering the same, although I'm only playing with the trial version at this stage.
I changed computers, and thus moved all of my programs and music over to a new computer.
I tried to copy all contents from the Virtual DJ directory in My Documents/Documents (Vista) to the Virtual DJ Directory in My Documents (WinXP).
I then added the same single folder to the DB and removed all others.
However, the cue points were gone. A little disappointing; considering they took me hours to create.
Any ideas anyone?
