Sujet: what free video editor,converter,flv downloader do u use

hi...i'm just getting started with vv and i'm also configuring my pc to edit,convert and find video clips....woundering what people use and i'm looking for a free ,small, efficient program to do all of this...also want to be able to remove sound from video clips ....anything will help.

virtualdub and dr. divx are great tools, free open source with a great community

Instead of VirtualDub I use avidemux with built-in Xvid. Check it out.
For FLV I use Orbit Downloader - the best!!!
