Hello VDJ family,
It seems like these questions are getting asked often and I'll have to say I'm another contributing to the list. My question is about running Numark DJ/IO & TC along with Virtual DJ. I just got my interface in today. It is very nice, however it seems lacking or it could possibly be my inexperience with the program. Basically, I want to be able to listen to what is being played along with what I'm hearing through my headphones at the same time. I'm a bit confused about how to go along doing so or if it's even possible. Now, before I upgraded to the DJ/IO I have been using a cheap USB 5.1 soundcard which I am able to preview my music on Deck 1&2 before I play it on the program, yet it is very poor quality. I get crackling and popping sounds with the card. On the interface it's non-existant. So, I guess you all should be able to help me out?
Thanks,
DJ Acizzle

I have your same setup. Make sure you have these settings
Go to Config> Setup
Inputs= None
Outputs= Headphones
Sound Cards= ASIO Driver
ASIO Drive= Numark USB Audio Device
Output Channels= Master: chan 1/&2 / Headphones: chan 3&4
Let me know what happens.

That works when I use the PH Mix control, however can I not adjust any settings such as bass, etc. that is being played from my speakers and actually tell the difference in the headphones?

I don't think you can here bass, mid, high adjustment on the PH/headphones. Mine doesn't do it, and i can say that i don't think i've used a mixer that you can.
I might be wrong though.
