Everything worked perfectly before I upgraded to the latest version. But the latest version was not for me for a couple of reasons. Then I switched back to 5.02. The problem is the system will hickup at random times which is not very good during the show. You can hear it in the audio portion. My settup has never changed since owning the syestem. I cannot get it to stop the hickup and I have checked the config settings.
And yes, I do realize I spelled "idea" incorrectly by mistake.

I have had these hicups aswell when I started with the pro version. Sorted now though.
I see you have a herc mk2 symbol, do you use it at the gigs you play at.

Right this what I did to stop the hicups.
In VirtualDJ config>preformance
Preset to Fastest.
Latency on Auto.
Safe Mode, Checked Overclocked, Unchecked.
Now in the MK2 system settings. I found it was the WDM mode helped with the hicups, so I run in Asio mode, Click on that and you will see the Asio Buffer setting, mine was preset on 882, this is far to low, so I lifted it up to 3082 I think, and that cured everything. and I 've been running on that since.
I hope this helps you.
