i downloaded the Numark Cue V4.1 off the internet and when i start the program my Numark iCue mixer doesn't start, but when i use the Numark Cue LE program the mixer does turn on any suggestions???

Its an ion product , you need a legal demo copy of 5.07 and to enable it in config or ICUE LE for it to be detected.

The iCue was not supported in v4.1 to begin with. The iCue didn't release until after version 5. So, unless you own a full license of CUE where you can upgrade to version 5, then you need to use the CUE LE that was shipped with the controller.
