Has anyone got any experience with a warranty repair for a Hercules DJ Console Mk2. I have a faulty one which is just within the 2 yr warranty. Only problem is that they want it sending back by courier to France. This isnt that cheap either!
I have asked about them paying postage and am awaiting a response.

If you are in the states, ask them if you can send it to their US distributor in NY. That's where I got my warranty replacement from, it only took about a week (they were backordered).
