I had to reinstall this version (which is actually Cue) and the new install will not save the DB or the config options. Every time I start it up I have to reimport itunes plalists, and re populate my database. Its not even saving the BPMs. Also, When I put my music in the system, none of the artist names are showing up, whereas they used to show up. Could anybody help me with this?

Hello , My name is Simon i work for Numark.
You should do a hard reinstall of the program by deleting the PLIST file.
yourcomputer/users/youname/libary/preferences
its called com.atomixproductions.cuele.plist
Then trash the main aplication and reinstall.

Just gonna try it again.. hard reinstall, and its still not saving my information. Anybody have any suggestions, or are they forcing me to buy the pro version because this one flat out doesnt work?

Please check your disk permission for that folder perhaps you have set it to read only.
Click on the folder and then in finder choose get info and ensure that you can read and write to Numark Cue in Documents.
