I just tap it out within VDJ if I see that it hasn't been detected properly.
 

Make sure you have the config > options > analysing to other or techno set the same as manual ( right click on song ). My songs are 98% +/- accurate. It also depends on your computer specs.
 

Depends on the type of music. Some song are structured in a way that confuses VDJ. I usually have to manually correct at least two out of every ten song analyzed.
 

This is also correct but as I tested on 5 songs of the hip hop on 3 different computers with not even close specs and received 3 different results. Conclusion I got was the the computer with best specs gave the best and most accurate results. The worse the specs the same song would in up with a result of 157 - 160 bpm. The originals was around 88-94 bmp. If your system cannot calculate the music as fast it needs then it will throw off the bpm's

SIDE NOTE: this is my unofficial diagnosis and the results will very from machine to machine
