ive just started using ableton and virtual dj and now i want to buy a mixer.
ive been looking in to the BEHRINGER DJX 700 which is in my price range and seems decent but
ive heard alot of bad reviews about it and some good.
are the BEHRINGER DJX 700s any good?
im looking for recommendations also, i would love something with lots of effects, i am a beginner
so im looking for something simple and cheap.
cheers

uuuuuhhhhhh behringer ??? no
if you can spring for another 100 $ or so you'll be glad you did , and spend it on something more reputable ......
also it will not be a heavy duty piece of equipment ........

Cheap and good don't go together ;)
Check out some Numark gear. Avoid Behringer for mixers.

Well, I have this mixer as well, and I can only say one thing about it...
Just like some one else said on this forum about it, its the Taco Bell of mixers...

Numark, behringer, gemini, american audio are all in the same category... I owned a rane mp24..." Biamp scm7600 The best of all time... " Denon X800,X900, X500, urie 1610 Pioneer DJM 500. and many more. A good mixer is made durable and it has a strong fader. Low cost mixers use faders that can be replaced because they dont last as long like a good mixer.
