Sujet: No license found?

When I go to the downloads section and it asks for my password.. I enter it in and I get the following messgae:
No license found. You can buy VirtualDJ or update your profile and enter your serial number in the required field.

So I go to "update your profile" and enter my serial I get the following messgae:
- Numark VirtualVinyl: this serial is already registred -

I have never had this problem before. Any ideas?

Also is there any way to change my "Identity" login?

looks like you have sorted this.

You cannot change your forum accounts name and you cant use the serial more than once.
