Skins are only available to licensed users of the program. Any licensed user caught passing along skins runs the risk of repercussions for selling/passing along skins to non licensed users. I hope to see you as a registered users soon...

He's not talking about VDJ Skins, he is looking for d_skins. They are protective skins for the CDs themselves. They protect the CD from damage while allowing you to play them in machines.
