Sujet: Virtual DJ 5.1

For me 5.00 rev:7 is remaining fairly stable on my Vista rigs with the occasional non explained shutdown of the interface of which the causes can be blaimed on external Usb devices , that is the theory.

Please guys can you give us some titbits as to what 5.1 will have to offer us compared to 5.00.

Its gonna have rather large titbits.

We have a strict policy on discussing beta development.
It will be done when the testers stick a fork in it and the juices run clear.

Hang in their guys, its gonna be worth the wait.

That makes 2 of us. Just got the denon 5500's and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for native support.

if i'm gonna have to fanny on setting my sound up with that lot i'm sticking with 5.0.7, thanks anyway... any chance of a portion of the bits and....

i had flash back of the time i was abducted by aliens, not pleasant.
and no, the alien chicks don't have 3 tidbits.
but the dudes do, go figure.
that's all i can say, the gov't will put me away if i say more.

They are gonna release 5.1 next........There are no fixes, no new features, no native support for nothing new, because you will be asking when 5.2 will be released, 1 hour after 5.1 is released. Send me your email address, I will send my Paypal account, you send me $50.00, and I will tell you ^%$#&^%$#@ what is in 5.2. Just don't tell anybody I said that.

To be serious, with ReacTable you can send MIDI messages...
I've downloaded the program and the sources (God bless open-source communities!), it's a fantastic while cheap instrument!
The latest verison is also waaaay more reactive than that old video you linked :-)

But watch the whole video... Kidding about 5.1 aside, that instrument in the video is actually even used for Bjørks tracks... ;)
