Sujet: Database Losing Info

I am having problems with my Database. Every now and then it forgets the BPMs or File Info changes that I have made. It's not the entire database but just maybe 1/4 to 1/2 of it. This is very frustrating to have to rescan and re-enter file info on a frequent basis. My music is stored on my internal HDD so it's not a removable.

Okay, so I read some of the other topics having the same problem but I still don't see any solutions. is this just a bug that will hopefully be fixed in a future upgrade?

It can appear sometimes when the ID3Tags are not right. Check the ones you lost.
 
 

What constitutes a "Bad ID3 Tag" ? I am very meticulous about my tagging and make sure everything is right and complete using a tagging program so I hope that's not the problem :)

I will upgrade to new version of VDJ after this weekend. I'm kind of scared after hearing of other people's problems hehe.
