I am currently using 5.06 w/ hercules mk11 w/tccd and sometimes without the tccd should i update to 5.1

Yes, but you should change the installation folder slightly so you can have both rev 6 and 5.1 incase you decide to 'roll back'....The new update has a lot of good features and works very well with the mk2...check some of those out..... http://www.virtualdj.com/forums/90846/General_Discussion/_NEW_VERSION__VirtualDJ_Pro_v5_1.html..
