ok so today i took a trip to go and talk to someone @ numark in buena park ill i wanted to do is get some info on there new product the ns7.
so i show up and a security gaurd comes up to me and ask me who i am. I said just a customer wanting to get some nfo on the ns7. so he says let me ask someone he comes back and tells me go go on there website. what jerks anyway im thinking of reterning the total all in one to guitar center that i boght yesterday and geting a hercules rmx what do you guys think oh by the way this is the second total all in one i buy the first one was broken out of the box not only did i have to travel 80 miles to get the second one but when i returned the first one the guy @ guitar center said that numark sends alot of broken product just an fyi. on second thoght im returning the all in 1.

Well, with all due respect, there are probably very few companies in the world where you can just show up unannounced and expect to be able to talk to anyone with any real knowledge of what's going on inside the company, or with a new product coming out. I'm surprised the security guard even went to talk to someone about your presence.
And as far as the remix goes... I've never personally used one, but my Herc MKII has been a solid performer for over two years now. If the Remix is as good, if not better, I don't see you going wrong there.

ok ill get the rmx i guess that has never happened to me when i started my company i went to the sourcre just to ask what i need to start my company and they had no problem treating me like a normal customer. my thoght is take care of the customer treat them right and they will take care of you.

We do not do tours of any of our offices it is a working environment and as such is not suitable for public visits also due to insurance purposes we cannot admit members of the public onto the premises unless they have arranged a visit prior to arriving.
