Smoothie
Is it possible with this programme to hear the mix before you bring the cued track into the mix with the up-fader. In using the trial version I can only hear the cued track when the up-fader is up and the track is in the mix for all to hear, galloping horses en all. I've not found an mp3 mixing software package that lets you do this so far. I don't want to have to hook up my mixer (which is huge compared to the laptop) in order to do this. All I want to do is be able to use VDJ as I would with ordinary decks and a mixer for my mp3 music. If VDJ will do what I want I will defo buy, but need to know if it can work in the same way. Any help will be great. Thnx.

You will need a decent sound card with outputs that can split the sound. Or a hardware mixer www.hercules.com have a look at MK2 or RMX

You will need sound card with 4 channel output, you can then preview on the hardware mixer like with cd players.
