I have 1 QSC RMX 2450 and a QSC Model 1400, and I have used the 12" powered speaker of the series you mentioned
they are awesome speakers..
Before you buy them, definetly check out the JBL PRX Line.

I got one HPR181i and one HPR153. Later on I'm going to add on another HPR181i and HPR153.

I have the QSC HPR 122i tops and the HPR 181i system. Bottoms are good...like them. But the tops..... they are some of the best powered tops I have used...and I have owned JBL and Mackies. The 12 has a wave guide horn that makes the speaker sound pretty close to my EAW setup. Highly recommend this system... well made cabinets and 6 years, can't beat that. Get the 12's, not the 15s.
