Since I installed 5.1 my MK2 jog wheels are so not sensitive. I really have to spin them much to move a cue point. I don't use the jog wheels to scratch, only to pitch bend.
But before 5.1 I could move the track (when paused) pretty fast with the jog wheels. Not so anymore.
Thanks in advance.

You can try using mapper, but I am not sure is there one updated that work on 5.1 (I sold my MK2).

Hey there, check your MK2 settings in the VDJ Remote control, you know, right click on the MK2 illustration, and make sure that the jog wheels are not set to scratch. I installed 5.1 and was going crazy because of this and it was just that the jog wheels had been set up to scratch afeter the installation. Just a silly bug anyway, but maybe worth taking it into account on the next release, teamers. (o:
Hope this helps.

Its not checked where it says use jogs to scratch. The jog wheels are still very unsensitive.
When I check the option to use the jogs to scratch, it moves much faster. But then I can no longer pitch bend during a mix with the jogs.
Can somebody from the dev team chime in on this? This is a major issue as this really hinders me in regards to cueing. Its incredibly non sensitive now with 5.1 and this needs to be addressed.

Have you tried to install the new MK2 Firmware that was released this month? It says that it addresses some latency performance and it could potentially solve this.
Not so sure about it but I guess it is at least worth a shot if you haven't done so already.
Otherwise I would not have a clue...

Can't you download a mk2 mapper, then open it up and have a play at altering the values of the jogs,
Don't know if it can be done?

I can try the firmware.
Where do I get this MK2 mapper and where do I change these settings? Thanks

If you go to Downloads>Plugins>External Tools, there is a mapper for the mk2 there, don't know if it's by cstoll or DJcel, can't remember.
Try to open the file up (if it's possible) and have a look. Don't know if it will work though.

I would more like to know what changed with VDJ that caused the sensitivity to suck going from rev6 to 5.1

is there still mapper available for ver. 3.4? and if so could a home user get his hands on it? would it even be beneficial for the home edition?
wow, 3 questions, my brain hurts now.
