There is a new forum create by Hercules, for all there user's, visit http://www.herculesdjmixroom.com/en-us/forum/ It's only been open for a few weeks, so it's still quite new.
If you have a problem with any of the Hercules consoles or just want to share information, or even help, please feel free to do so. You might see other VirtualDJ user's there ;)
