"A recommendation for good DJ posture (live performance)? Any? Mostly, djs arching his back towards the equipment"

I arch my back towards the dancers, I find it in creases the tips quite a bit. By the end of the night I'm usually very tired, I won't sit down but will sometimes rest my BOOBS on a stool.
 
How far down is your mixer? They say the crossfadder should be about belly button high. I'm tall and have this issue a lot. I almost always have to raise the decks and the mixer.
 
i think that the dj should be standing up rockin out to what ever he is playing like its the best sh@t in the world. if your not jammin how can you expect the crowd to. so i think the dj should stand.

I am laughing my ass off, in the booth. Thanks. You are a sick puppy, that's why I like you. Right now, I'm just using her pictures from her blog, as screen savers. I know, it's pathetic.

or if she turned the stool upside down renee could invite a friend...

there great aren't they rick, don't have them bouncing round the screen though, could hurt your eyes... i speak from experience lol
