Hi,

i am looking to buy a digital camera,

does anyone here know of a good digital camera to take good pictures and good video in avi quality.

I was looking for an SLR digital but needed the video as well...

I ended up buying an older Sony DSC-F828 camera. The pics are good, the battery lasts with the external flash, and the vids are okay I guess...

I didnt want to have to carry two cameras....
 
go canon for anything...

slr, canon and nikon are good
