Ok, so i mentioned in a previous thread that I was going to get the Numark DXM06. I bought it and hooked it up to my Hercules MK2.
So basically,
-> Laptop connected to Hercules MK2 vis USB.
-> Output from Channels 1/2 and 3/4 to Input on the Numark mixer.
-> Speakers connected to the Master Output on the Numark.
Well, i was having a problem with not being able to record what i was mixing. i.e I was recording everything from channel 1/2 and 3/4 at the same time. It was basically messed up.
So i connected a cable from my Record output on the mixer into the Line 1/2 on the Hercules and configured my record settings. Well it works, but here's the problem i need help with:
When i listen to what was recorded, Channel 1 plays fine, but channel 2 is only playing on the left speaker, or left part of the headphone. I have no idea why. The bass on the recording is absolutely distorted as well. I looked through a few of the guides here and it seems like all my settings are fine. But the problem persists. Channel 2 is only recording and can only be listened to on one speaker, or headphone. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Ah, I am going crazy trying to figure this one out. Been at this for the last 7 hours. Just to clarify, when i play the music or listen to the stuff that was recorded, Channel 2 only plays on one speaker or one side of the headphones. I realized it wasn't only a problem while recording, but also while I mix, the music from Channel B only goes to one speaker and is recorded as such.
I am using my Output in my sound setup as External Mixer, My Sound Card as Hercules DJ Console MK2 and not ASIO Drivers. (I have tried other settings, with no positive result.)
So please, if someone has a similar setup and can give me some input into this matter, it will be appreciated.
