I pre record my loops to use when live but the loops always turn out to sound lower than anything else and the songs over power em so you cant hear them.

The sampler engine has always been a little quiet. It has been asked to be addressed in the past; but there other ore important issue that the DEV team had to deal with.
Best solution is to use a three channel mixer and place the sample in they're own channel and play with the gain and volume.

Or, to use a editing program like Audition and increase the samples over all volume...
