Sujet: Support team, I have a ticket

This is a friendly reminder to the support staff that I have a ticket in and have had that ticket in for quite some time.

I understand that you are all very busy resolving issues, I am just giving a FRIENDLY reminder about my ticket.

I'm off to the club now with my trustee v3.4. Will check again tomorrow.

I have checked back and still no response.

I first put this ticket in on Aug 12th and made the last entry on Sept 22nd.

I really need an answer to my issue.

I have had a good member working with me through this ticket but, the last fix did not work.

Support team, Please help me resolve my ticket.
