Sujet: Virtual Dj not recording mixer effects

I am currently running VDJ 5.0.7 with a Hercules console Rmx and a Behringer DDM4000 mixer and my recorded mixes wont record effects coming from my mixer is there a reason for this?

you system out puts to the sound out of the computer not back in, your controll only controlls VDJ. So any sound you make out side of VDJ will not be recorded.
 
The way to resolve this is too run a line out of the mixer into your PC..and when your recording select line in...that should record your effects and loops and such...
