Sujet: noob question about mixmeister

I've had VDJ and a Hercules console for a few years now but never have really used it. I want to use it full time now so I have a question. If I scan my music with mixmeister for BPM's, will it show up in VDJ? Or is there another way of getting the BPMS

VDJ scans for BPM in all versions.

Newer versions scan for BPM and KEY signature information.

If you are the original owner of your Hercules product - you should register it and you will eligible for free version upgrades as they are released.
 
Thanks. So, the new versions will scan all the music before you put it on a deck for play? Thats what I'm looking for. I'll have to register now.

The version you have now will scan for BPM's just tell the software to scan the folder you have your music in, and then walk away and let it scan.

The newer versions will do the same thing, but they'll also tell you the key so you can mix harmonically as well as beat matching.
