Sujet: why no answer

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

i have submitted a few tickets reguarding my recent crashes.have not got any answers as to what caused my crashes.had another crash last night.theese crashes stopping my getting my rmx startint to loose faith and heart.somebody please put my mind at rest

DJ Cel is currently handling your case and will continue to speak with you via the helpdesk. I apologize for the wait. I am sure if he had an answer he would bring it to you ASAP. His last response was that there must be a problem with VDJ communicating to your hard drive. Please respond back to him with your specs of your hard drive and how its connected to your pc.

im glag.love vdj and the forums just need my problems sorted so i can upgrade and really get into my vdj.i will send my specs what exactly does he need

This is what I would complain with Atomix..there are too few people who know really how VDJ works so if one of them is busy and that person can't answer here, the support is over!
In this case I'm talking clearly about djcel.
There are more than 4 million users of VDJ but I think djcel is the only one who knows how reading "Crashguard Report"

 



Well we're trying to get better at responses.

DJ Cel is the direct connection to our developer for deep troubleshooting.

These crash reports contribute to revisions that come as time allows and fixes are found.
It is not easy and sometimes it takes more time to figure out.
If it was a major problem, we would have hundreds if not thousands of users posting these.
So, the scope changes when you think about it that way.

We have support in several languages and Moramax is our best Italian teamer.

Also, tickets stay with a teamer for 4 days and then others respond if necessary, but there's no idle tickets anymore guys.

Things have changed greatly since 2004 trust me.

I understand but according to me it should be necessary to raise the number of people highly specialized in this software.
I mean, I don't know how many Teamers Atomix has got currently, but they are not surely so much in order to smother all of the requests of all users.

Have you had problems that didn't get solved?

It's all right mp3jrick. I've never had problems with support..
That wanted only be a suggest, nothing more!
