Sujet Problem with Timecode Quality

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

Hi I have a problem with my Virtual Vinyl system..

I Just bought it some weeks ago.. I have used it 1 Time, and the next time I wanted to play records with Virtual Vinyl it was saying
Timecode Quality : 0%

I haven't removed or changed any cables, and I have checked if they were loose.!

No matter what I do, I cant get Timecode Quality to 100% again..

I have tried to Reinstall Windows / Reinstall the drivers / Installing on other Computers / switching cables.. Nothing works!..

My specs are :

2x Pioneer CDJ1000MK3 (using cd's)
1x Pioneer DJM800 Mixer

Virtual Vinyl system with the USB interface.

Have tested on computers :

Desktop : 3ghz , 2gig Ram running Windows XP pro, with all updates installed..

Laptop : 2.4ghz, 1gig Ram running Windows Vista 32bit, with all updates installed..

Can anyone please help me!..

Thanks!

Rune2410, I haven't got, Virtual Vinyl, but in the latest version you have 5.2.1 (I guess). In the timecode config, do you have a option on what timecode engine you want to use.

In VirtualDJ you have a choice of the old v4 engine, the new v5 engine, or the noisemap engine (n/a with Numark Vinyl's + CD's). If you have this option in VV have you tried the different engines.

Try the v4 timecode engine.

V5 timecode engine is not "better" then v4, it's just an alternative, might v4 not work. I've found v4 to work more often then v5. :)

hello
I think that it is a problem of manufacture, far too much present interface this problem.
Moreover numark did not answer the questions that I sent to them.
I am really disappointed of numark.
