i just had a HUGE night at a casino ... at 1am i am down 100 bucks - by 2am and after a great streak at craps with my buddy i have a profit of 12 dollars - i took that 12 dollars as i was walking out of the casino and but all 12 dollars on the number 24 at a roulette table- and it hit- i won 35-1 odds - i know have about 200 bucks that i want to buy myself a nice new dj toy ... i have been thinking about buying an akai midi pad control so i can edit out some clips of hip hop songs and put them into the sampler and trigger them from the pads - but does anyone else have any suggestions as to a fun effects pad or some peice of new hardware - i spin almost all hip hop at house parties - nothing big
