Hi everyone
I have just bought a hercules rmx console. It was working great until i updated the drivers/firmware from the hercules website and now it's not being detected by my macbook at most of the lights are flashing on the rmx. Hercules customer support is useless as im trying to phone the helpline in the uk and it keeps cutting out. Not a good start at all!
Does anyone know how to reset the firmware? i would be extremely greatful.
