Sujet: IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

Hello, Is it possible while you\'re playing a song from deck A then you scratch and when the scratching sound is played out loud, the song is still playing so when you stop scratching, the song turnes up again. if it is possible, how do you set it up so you can do it?

Im sorry man but your question is to complicated for me too read..or it could be that it doesnt make sense...or i know if your asking about scratching you can go to config..and on CROOSFADER set it to scratch..

I mean like when you scratch on deck A music goes scilent but still playing and when you stop scratching on deck A the music comes on again

i think u might need turntables

oh right because i have herculese mk2 and i saw a different DJ did it but i couldn't figure it out. :)

Is it possible to do it with herculese mk2..... a mobile Djing decks?

You must explain better your first question please.

what kind of mobile djing decks..the CDJs???

the best way to do this is to make a shortcut to clone the active deck and have them both play identicaly. deck A and B same track, same speed, same time.

fade to deck A, pull a few scratches or a loop, then fade to deck B and the song will be exactly 'where it would have been'.

another way of doing this is have a cue point set on a given beat and just trigger this at the right moment after your scratch and the song will continue in the same timing as if you never scratched or used that loop.

yea u can use a skin that has the clone option..

Or if u have Numark 5000FX mixer u can do the Scratch Effect on board from the mixer over the top of the playing track.

No...

At least not that I have ever seen. Find that DJ you saw do it and ask him how he did.

Music playing from "player B"....cued music to scratch point in "player A".... Crossfader set to "scratch or cut"...Chop into player a as you move the "platter" back and forth. The music never stops. The music would be already playing and would continue to do so.

Best Wishes,
