Sujet: Upgrading software for ION ICUE

Hello,

I purchased a numark Ion Icue a little while back and recently have upgraded the numark cue software for it. I'm now running the numark v5 software but cant seem to get my icue controller to respond, are there particular settings I need to change.

Any input greatly appreciated

Yes, you need to go in VDJ>Settings>Remote and click on "Activate" button next to the ION console icon.
