Anyone know how to actually contact support?

Unless you buy a business license that's about it.

You could always post your problem here sometimes it's productive.

I don't mean to be rude, but I already know my issue isn't solveable by anything short of talking to customer support, as it relates to my licence and isn't an actually technical issue like my headphones don't work.

What do you mean with 'doesn't work'?
Do you have an ad-blocker enabled perhaps that might block the support popup?

No. I'm using Firefox and have no ad blocker enabled.

Maybe try another browser then?
It's working fine when using for instance Google Chrome
You can even see which customer support ticket system that is being used, when you click the "contact support" button :)
