I think that the buttons and the sliders are MIDI, and the jog is HID.
But I'm not sure that is posible.

With your HID definition file, the jog is the only one to work, and with the general midi, the jog is the only one not to work.

Anyone have solved the problem with 2XP5 and VDJ 6? I´m still using VDJ 5.2.1 and it works great..is it posible to make my XP5 work with VDJ 6?

Well, I spoke a little bit too fast.

Now, everything work well with my xp5, and I can scratch, and use the jog as before.

That's what I've done:

1) With the general midi mapping, I mapped my xp5 as I would like to
2)I downloaded cstoll's mapper engine.
3)On "EKS xp5 definition", I wrote this:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<device name="XP5" author="Atomix Productions" type="HID" vid="0x1157" pid="0x0202" reportsize="32" decks="1">

<page type="in">
<jog word="0" endian="little" full="20960000" name="JOG" />
</page>
</device>

That's all!

Thanks to cstoll to help us!!!

Hi Kolynn, I tried your instruction & all seems to be working but the jog/scratch wheel? scratching is erratic. When a track is loaded & unplayed or stopped, VDJ makes a jocking sound as if the scratch wheel is being touch when actually, it's not. And when the track is playing, moving the jog or scratch wheel moves the track forward or backward with too much a speed, as if fast forwarding or rewinding. If yours works ok with yours, Pls can u help with a solution, plzzzzz.
