can anyone please help. i have just bought the hercules rmx with free virtual dj disc. after loading it, it freezes after i try to upload a new track (from laptop or console).

now having spent weekend trying i have learned more. have loaded vdj to pc & latest drivers for hercules rmx, tried several buffer settings. now, screen resolution changes & after a while it locks up again. this is in asio setting. help please?

if you go to modify your profile you can enter your serial number that came with the rmx. im pretty sure you can download the latest LE (if it in't 5.2.2, which i dont think it is) and it should fix your problem .. maybe? its free so u might as well try ;)
