They had no choice - SSL users are so proud that their system is barebones and putting these features into their software would put them in an uproar. But, overall, it's a good decision to make a separate software.....

So if I'm getting this right, itch was developed not for the so obsessive scatch DJ, but for the mix DJ like myself.

I have never had good luck with Numark products....so I have given up on them.....but the Vestax product looks really hot to me, VCI 300. It is going to have a sound card in it, which will be awesome. I love my VCI 100, so making that even better is a great idea!

Its THE year for us software djs it seems, all them industry hardware makers are giving us awesome controllers to choose from

Agreed Jimmy..also..the "purists" who preach vunyl and microwave DJs...now they can cater to the "not real DJs who use PCs and controller" and still keep their tableists happy.
