Controller definition and basic mapping for the Faderfox DJ4 controller

Changes the High Pass Filter’s cut-off frequency of Deck1 in correspondence to input volume (Low band of wide band) of Deck2, or viceversa.

This function passes white noise generated internally through the band pass filter and echo before outputting it.

Produces wavering sound by applying tonal modulation in time with BPM in an opposite way between Left Track and Right Track

In time with BPM, cut sound in an opposite way between Left Track and Right Track

Widens the stereo field for mid frequencies, and maximizes bass and treble.

In time with BPM, produces a cyclic change in stereo orientation in an opposite way between Deck Left and Deck Right

Changes the High Pass Filter’s cut-off frequency in correspondence to input volume. The higher the input volume, the higher the frequencies producing the effect. [options added]
